Deposit Guidlines

Our Artists time is valuable! To book a tattoo with our artists we require a deposit that holds your appointment slot and confirms your commitment, allowing our artists to confidently start rendering your design without the fear of a no show, or last minute reschedule or cancellation.

Deposits are final and non refundable. The deposit is a part of the total cost of the tattoo and the deposit amount comes out of the last appointment or final cost of the tattoo.

The amount of deposit varies on the size of the tattoo, and can be paid via invoice or in person.

You must give your artist or the shop 48 hours notice in case of reschedule, life happens and we will try to be as accommodating as possible if we need to move appointment times or dates. No call or no show will result in forfeit of deposit and require full advance payment of tattoo to be booked again.

What to wear

We want your tattoo experience to be as comfortable as possible!

We typically recommend loose fitting clothing and comfortable footwear. Some people prefer to dress in layers or a bring a blanket or personal pillow. If you have questions on what to wear for a specific tattoo placement before your appointment please ask! Any of our artists are more than happy to discuss anything that will make your session easier!

Before your tattoo

Try to get a good nights rest! Being rested for your appointment will absolutely help you to have a more comfortable session. Please make sure to eat before arrival, as a drop in blood sugar from adrenaline can occasionally result in passing out. We have waters, sodas, and snacks onsite in case you need it, but please feel free to bring any personal snacks drinks or items you feel necessary! There are also a variety of shops and stores in close proximity to the studio.

Do you accept card?

Or do you prefer cash?

We accept all major cards and cash! However if you use a card there is a 5% surcharge to cover our payment processor and local taxes. If you use cash there is no surcharge. You can definitely save some money on larger sessions by using physical currency. There is a Truist bank directly across the street from the studio with a 24 hour ATM if you prefer to use cash.

Will you send me a drawing?

While not always the case, most of our artists are only able to work on drawings the week of the tattoo, so to prevent excessive back and forth changes, and/or stolen designs, we do not send out any drawings or renderings of in progress tattoos. All of our artists go out of our way to try to understand your idea as well as possible and take extra time before each appointment to go over the design and drawings. If at that point there are any changes, design tweaks, etc. we will happily go over them or make changes in person before the appointment to make sure you end up with the coolest tattoo possible!

When can I stop in the shop?

If you’re looking to simply get a vibe for the shop, or want to talk about a design, feel free to stop in anytime we’re open! However we are an appointment based shop so we can’t always guarantee walk in availability, or that specific artists will be available to talk. That being said, all of our Artists and Employees do our best to answer any questions you may have!
